Terms & Conditions of Issue of AV Vouchers

1. Definitions: –
   1. “AV” / “the Company” means Africa & Asia Venture Ltd of 13 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2JB, United Kingdom;
   2. “AV Voucher(s)” means pre-paid vouchers issued by the Company;
   3. “Terms & Conditions of Issue” means the terms and conditions detailed here and upon which the Company issues AV Vouchers;
   4. “AV Program(s)” means any of the programs offered by the Company from time to time.

2. Terms of Issue
   1. AV Vouchers can be issued only by the Company.
   2. AV Vouchers will be issued only in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
   3. AV Vouchers can only be used or credited towards the cost of an AV Program.
   4. AV Vouchers cannot be cashed in or converted in any other way or used for any other reason.
   5. AV Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   6. AV Vouchers will lapse 36 months after the date of issue if they have not previously been credited towards the cost of an AV Program.
