In 2021, Charles Tiger Kelleway volunteered with AV in Kenya. He spent three months contributing at Msambweni Primary School, assisting with Computing, Science, English, and Maths. He took great pleasure in immersing himself in the local culture, and formed some wonderful friendships within the group of volunteers and with the local people of Msambweni.
Tiger sadly passed away in 2023, and in his memory the AV Foundation has donated a bench to Msambweni Primary School. We are thankful that we had the opportunity to be part of his African adventure.
