“AV” / “the Company” means Africa & Asia Venture Ltd of 13 Petworth Road, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2JB, United Kingdom;
“AV Qualifying Program” means any of the Company’s programs extending for 12 weeks or longer starting no later than 31 May 2019;
“The Offer” means the offer detailed in these terms and conditions;
“The Offeree” means the person or people who accept the Offer in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The Offer
To be eligible, people must: –
apply for an AV Qualifying Program;
commit for 12 weeks or longer to the AV Qualifying Program;
be accepted onto the AV Qualifying Program by the Company.
The Offer comprises a contribution (“the Contribution”) of £250 / $250 from the Company towards the flight costs of the Offeree’s journey to join the AV Qualifying Program.
The Company will pay the Contribution to the Offeree provided the Offeree has met all financial obligations to the Company and when the flight to the AV Qualifying Program country has been paid by the Offeree.
The Offer is open to residents of any country but the Offeree must be aged between 17 and 25 at the start date of the AV Qualifying Program he chooses to embark upon.
If the Offeree cancels or withdraws from the AV Qualifying Program, he will be required to reimburse the Company for the Contribution if the Company has already paid the Contribution.
The Offeree may not give, transfer, sell etc the Offer to another person.
The Offeree will be required to complete AV’s standard application procedure.
The Offeree’s participation in his chosen AV Qualifying Program will be subject to the Company’s standard terms and conditions as well as these terms and conditions.
The Offer cannot be combined with any other offer, prize, promotion or discount that the Company may offer at any time.
